When you enquire or order a gift card, the information you provide may include your name, email or phone number, session preferences, recipient’s name and gift message. Please only provide information needed for the enquiry or order. Photography services also involve photographs and the information needed to arrange and deliver your session.

Why information is used

Enquiry and booking information is used to respond to you and take steps at your request before a contract, and to fulfil bookings and gift-card orders. Payment records are used to meet legal obligations. Technical information may be processed for the legitimate interest of operating and securing the website. Where consent is required for optional tracking or other uses, you may refuse or withdraw it.

Photo story quiz

The quiz uses your choices to suggest a session idea. Its answers are not sent to Ivan unless you choose to share them through the contact form. The website uses browser session storage to remember quiz display and to transfer answers you choose to include in your enquiry. The suggestion does not make a binding decision about you.

Service providers

Wfolio provides this website, forms, shop and gallery functionality. Booking through Google Calendar, contacting Ivan through WhatsApp or Instagram, or paying through LHV involves those providers and their own privacy notices. Relevant information is shared with service providers as needed to operate these services, and with authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-transfer safeguards.
